Abstract:The current research aims to identify the nature of the relationship between balanced leadership in its dimensions (self-awareness, relationship management, and job stability) and job burnout in its dimensions (emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization, and Decreased personal accomplishment) among employees of the drinking water and wastewater company in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. As well as identifying the extent of the difference between employees’ attitudes regarding feelings of job burnout in terms of their demographic characteristics (gender, age, educational qualification, and length of service). The research was based on a sample of 294 employees of the company under study, and the results showed that there was a significant and negative effect of balanced leadership in general and each dimension separately on the feeling of job burnout. It also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the categories of those surveyed in terms of the extent of the feeling of job burnout, according to Their demographic characteristics (age, academic qualification, and length of service), while the results showed that there were no differences between employees’ opinions regarding feelings of job burnout based on the gender variable only. Many recommendations and directions for future research were also presented.

الملخص:يستهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين القيادة المتوازنة بأبعادها ( الوعي بالذات، إدارة العلاقات والاستقرار الوظيفي والاحتراق الوظيفي بأبعاده الاجهاد الانفعالي، تبلد المشاعر، وضعف الشعور بالإنجاز لدى العاملين بشركة مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي بمحافظة كفر الشيخ. وكذلك التعرف على مدى الاختلاف بين اتجاهات العاملين حول الشعور بالاحتراق الوظيفي من حيث خصائصهم الديموغرافية الجنس العمر، المؤهل الدراسي، ومدة الخدمة). اعتمد البحث على عينة قدرها 294 من العاملين بالشركة محل البحث، وأظهرت النتائج وجود تأثير معنوي وسلبي للقيادة المتوازنة بشكل إجمالي وكل بعد على جدة على الشعور بالاحتراق الوظيفي، كما أظهرت وجود اختلافات ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فئات المستقصى منهم من حيث مدى الشعور بالاحتراق الوظيفي وذلك وفقًا لخصائصهم الديموغرافية العمر، المؤهل الدراسي ، ومدة الخدمة ( بينما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين آراء العاملين تجاه الشعور بالاحتراق الوظيفي لمتغير الجنس فقط. كما تم تقديم العديد من التوصيات واتجاهات الأبحاث مستقبلية.
