The Unit's Strategic Objectives

  1. Establishing an internal quality management system.
  2. Spreading a culture of quality among concerned parties.
  3. Developing the capabilities of all categories of human resources.
  4. Achieving the vision, mission, goals and the college`s objectives.
  5. Follow up on the implementation of the annual executive plans of the strategic plan.
  6. Conduct self-evaluation and prepare the self-assessment study.
  7. Follow up on the development of the programs and courses.
  8. Follow up on the preparation of course reports, and program files.
  9. Developing systems, indicators and performance evaluation models for human resources.
  10. Conducting periodic internal audits at the divisional and departmental levels of the college.
  11. Develop performance improvement plans.
  12. Qualifying the college to apply for accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE.)
