- Establishing an internal quality management system.
- Spreading a culture of quality among concerned parties.
- Developing the capabilities of all categories of human resources.
- Achieving the vision, mission, goals and the college`s objectives.
- Follow up on the implementation of the annual executive plans of the strategic plan.
- Conduct self-evaluation and prepare the self-assessment study.
- Follow up on the development of the programs and courses.
- Follow up on the preparation of course reports, and program files.
- Developing systems, indicators and performance evaluation models for human resources.
- Conducting periodic internal audits at the divisional and departmental levels of the college.
- Develop performance improvement plans.
- Qualifying the college to apply for accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE.)
